$3.5 million sale of five remaining residences concludes sales at acclaimed developer Martin Margulies’ final project
Aventura, FL (Aug. 26, 2019) – Ben Brissi & Zach Joslin, of the Brissi Group with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty, have negotiated the bulk sale of the five remaining units at Bellini Williams Island, the 25-story luxury condominium high-rise that is symbolic as iconic developer Martin Margulies’ premier development, adding to the developer’s prestigious array of widely recognized South Florida buildings. Rodd Sheradsky, also with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty, was the listing agent on the transaction.
Through his connections on Wall Street, Ben Brissi successfully negotiated the $3.5 million sale to an investor, which spans five units and sold at a projected 40-50% discount off the individual price of each residence. The five residences ranged in sales price from approximately $625,000 to $783,000.
“This was a truly unique opportunity to finalize sales at one of Aventura’s most sought-after residential buildings,” said Brissi. “It was an honor for Zach and I to strike a deal with someone with the reputation of Mr. Margulies, and we believe we are going to see more investment funds looking for opportunities in the Miami area over the next year.”
The sale marks the end of new construction offerings on Williams Island, transforming it completely into a resale market.
Bellini Williams Island features a total of 70 designer-inspired residences, with only four residences per floor, and looks directly out over the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway and downtown Miami. The spacious homes-in-the-sky can only be accessed through a private resident elevator.
