Bolay, Florida’s hottest new restaurant concept in the fast-casual dining scene, is excited to announce it was named South Florida Business Journal’s Business of the Year at the 2019 Business of the Year Awards. The coveted award recognizes organizations that build the South Florida economy through solid business practice, dedication to the community and financial growth.

Founded in 2016 by Chris Gannon and his father, Tim Gannon, co-founder of Outback Steakhouse, Bolay offers a chef-inspired, nutrient rich and gluten-free menu that invites food lovers of all ages to build their own bowls packed with superfoods and savory proteins. The GFFS certified gluten-free menu makes eating healthy exciting through the design of a group of world-renowned Chefs with international cuisine expertise.

The South Florida Business Journal Business of the Year Award recognized companies in five categories:companies with $3 million to $24 million in revenue, companies with $25 million to $49 million in revenue, companies with $50 million to $99 million in revenue, companies with $100 million to $249 million in revenue, and companies with more than $250 million in revenue.A reception was held to celebrate the 2019 Business of the Year honorees at Jungle Island in Miami, FL.
Bolay currently has ten locations throughout Florida – Boca Raton, Gainesville, Palm Beach Gardens, Pembroke Pines, Royal Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, Lake Nona, Jupiter, and Winter Park – with five planned Dade County locations in the pipeline. Restaurants are open seven days a week – 11am -9:30pm Monday-Saturday and 11am-9pm on Sundays.
