Bryant Miller Olive, P.A. (BMO) Managing Shareholder Grace Dunlap is pleased to announce that Ellie Neiberger, Esq., an attorney in the firm’s Miami office; and Nailah I. Tatum, Esq., an attorney in the firm’s Tallahassee office; were recently named shareholders with BMO. The appointments are a reflection of BMO’s growth, and the growth of its various offices throughout Florida. BMO is headquartered in Tampa.
An attorney with BMO since 2009, Neiberger practices appellate advocacy and litigation, with an emphasis on representing Florida governments in high-profile and complex cases and cases of first impression. She represents clients in appeals, original proceedings for extraordinary writs, and trial and administrative-level litigation.
Her practice involves a variety of business and government-related disputes, including labor and employment litigation, challenges to state statutes, finance issues, public records and Sunshine Law claims, and bid protests.
Neiberger is an member of the Florida Bar Appellate Practice Section and the ABA Council of Appellate Lawyers, and currently serves the City County and Local Government Section of The Florida Bar as The Florida Bar Journal Column Editor. Florida Trend magazine named her as a “Legal Elite” from 2012–2018, and she was selected as one of Florida Super Lawyers’ Rising Stars from 2015–2018 in the area of appellate practice.
She graduated first in her class from the Florida State University College of Law and received her bachelor’s degree with honors from the University of Florida.
Tatum, an attorney with BMO since 2017, is a member of the firm’s transactional practice group with a focus in real estate and business law. She has more than a decade of experience handling complex commercial real estate transactions, including assisting clients in the purchase, sale and lease of significant commercial, educational and industrial properties, representing local governments in contracting, procurement and construction matters, and advising clients on policy and regulatory compliance and corporate and board governance.
Prior to joining BMO, Tatum practiced 11 years with a large Philadelphia-based law firm.
She earned her J.D. and MBA degrees simultaneously from the Penn State University Dickinson School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida A&M University.
