Goldman as associates in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. Ms. Brown and Mr. Goldman join the firm’s Casualty department and Ms. Daniel is a member of the Professional Liability department.
Karen G. Brown focuses her practice on automobile liability defense, premises liability, and personal injury protection cases. Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, she handled insurance defense matters for major insurance carriers in the area of personal injury protection. Additionally, she has represented major financial institutions in creditor disputes throughout Florida. She previously served as a Public Defender for the 15th Judicial Circuit, where she practiced in the appellate division, county court, juvenile court, and in circuit court.
Ms. Brown earned her Bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Syracuse University and her juris doctor from the University of Miami. She is admitted to practice in Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Veronica N. Daniel represents and defends insurance companies in first-party property litigation. Prior to joining the firm, she handled insurance defense matters for insurance carriers in the areas of first-party property, personal injury protection, and other bodily injury litigation. She also served as a law clerk for the University of Florida General Counsel's office.
Ms. Daniel earned both her undergraduate degree, cum laude, and her juris doctor from the University of Florida, where she was an editor for the Journal of Technology Law and Policy and the Florida Journal of International Law. She is admitted to practice in Florida.
Jordan P. Goldman concentrates his practice on general liability, premises liability defense, and personal injury protection disputes. He previously was a Judicial Intern for Judge Mark A. Speiser of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida and for Judge A. Jay Cristol of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Mr. Goldman received his Bachelor’s degree from The Florida State University College of Business and his juris doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, serving as President of NSU Law’s Association of Business Law Students. He is admitted to practice in Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
