Alchemy-ABR Investment Partners and Breakers Capital Partners Buy The Atrium at Broken Sound Office Building

Schwartz Sladkus Reich Greenberg Atlas LLP, a leading New York-based full-service law firm, represented Alchemy-ABR Investment Partners and Breakers Capital Partners LLC in the purchase of the Atrium at Broken Sound in Boca Raton, Fla., from ICM Realty Group for $21.4 million.

Jeffrey M. Schwartz, a partner at SSRGA, represented the buyers in the sale, along with colleagues Kelly A. Kulak, partner, and Jessica R. Furgiuele, associate. SSRGA worked closely with Peter Ray, a partner in Palm Beach, Fla.-based law firm Cohen, Norris, Wolmer, Ray, Telepman & Cohen. The seller was represented by Frank, Weinberg & Black PL.

The 92,260-square-foot Atrium at Broken Sound, 6111 Northwest Broken Sound Parkway in Boca Raton, Fla., was constructed in 1986 on an eight-acre site within the Park at Broken Sound, formerly known as the Arvida Park of Commerce.
