Moss Construction was named as one of Fortune’s 100 Best Medium Workplaces of 2018 by the independent analysts at Great Place to Work®. Moss earned this credential based on extensive ratings provided by its employees in anonymous surveys.

The 2018 survey found that employees at the winning companies scored their workplaces 17 to 19 percent higher than at non-winning organizations. Looking across all companies that surveyed with Great Place to Work® in the last 12 months, the top quartile for Leadership Effectiveness reported median annual revenue growth of 19.5 percent—more than 3 times faster than their peers in the bottom quartile.
At Moss, this year’s survey found that 98 percent of the Moss employees surveyed said that they are proud to tell others of their work and of what they accomplish at the construction management firm.
