Foundry Commercial has recently leased over 36,000 square feet at 2600 Douglas.
In addition to several lease renewals, the milestone also includes the addition of seven new tenants at the renovated Coral Gables office building.
The new tenants include: Garcia, Espinosa, Miyares, Rodriguez, Trueba & Co., represented by Rick Tobchi of RT Realty, Inc.; CE North America, represented by Aurelio Leyva Jr. of Leyva International Realty; Coral Gables Counseling Center, represented by Raymond Silveira of Universal I Realty; First Legal, PA, represented by Brian Cabielles of State Street Realty; Tinelli Fernandez, represented by Techrin Carbary of Carbary Estates; Luzar Trading and Worldwide Managed Care Partners.
