CBRE has arranged the 17,465-square-foot lease for the Gift of Life Marrow Registry’s new headquarters in Boca Raton.
Located in the class A office building Sabre Centre I at 5901 Broken Sound Parkway Northwest, the location will become the organization’s new home for its life-saving work in early 2019.
CBRE’s John Jaspert, First Vice President, represented the tenant Gift of Life Marrow Registry. The landlord, G & C Sabre Centre Investors, LLC., was represented by John Criddle and Joe Freitasfrom Cushman & Wakefield.
