CBRE Hotels has arranged the sale of The Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina, located at 1881 Southeast 17th Street in Fort Lauderdale.
The Blackstone Group sold the asset to Thayer Lodging Group, a subsidiary of Brookfield Asset Management, for $170.6 million, according to reports by the South Florida Business Journal.
The Miami-based CBRE Hotels team, composed of Christian Charre, Paul Weimer, Natalie J. Castillo and Jennifer Jin, represented the seller.
Situated along the Intracoastal Waterway, the 9-acre property is the third largest hotel in Broward County, with 589 guestrooms and a 33-slip marina.
