Michael P. Dunn, Esq., managing partner at Dunn Law, PA in Miami, is pleased to announce that Tyler Stull, Esq. has joined the firm as an attorney. Stull concentrates his practice on labor and employment matters, bankruptcy, and commercial litigation.

Among other accomplishments, Stull defends employers before federal, state, and local administrative enforcement agencies on a wide range of employment related claims, including conducting internal investigations of discrimination and harassment claims. He litigates on behalf of business and individuals in contract and fiduciary duty disputes. In addition, he has represented clients before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Miami-Dade Commission on Human Rights.

Stull has experience in “bet-the-company” matters, and has tried multiple cases to a jury verdict. Prominent media outlets such as the Miami Herald and the Daily Business Review have reported on his cases.

Originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, Stull earned a bachelor of science from East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina, and a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. He was selected to the Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” list in 2016 and 2017.

Stull is a member of The Florida Bar; U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida; U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida; Florida Southern District Bankruptcy Court; Bankruptcy Bar Association, Southern District of Florida; and Dade County Bar Association.
