Statewide law firm Broad and Cassel today announced Miami Of Counsel Jon A. Sale has been appointed to the Federal Magistrate Judge Merit Selection Panel – Fort Lauderdale for the upcoming reappointment of Magistrate Judge Lurana S. Snow.
The panel is charged with making a recommendation to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida regarding the reappointment or non-reappointment of Judge Snow. Sale joins just six other attorneys on the panel.
Sale will serve as a member of the JNC Southern District.
