EWM Realty International, a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate, is pleased to announce that seasoned real estate professional Michelle Guerra has been appointed to the company’s leadership team, taking the helm as Vice President / Managing Broker of the firm’s Weston Town Center office.  As one of the nation’s largest real estate firms, EWM has 10 locations spread throughout South Florida.

In her new role with the company, Guerra, who brings nearly two decades of experience to EWM, will spearhead day-to-day operations in Weston, including oversight of sales activity, training exercises and the implementation of new programs and technologies.

Prior to joining the firm, Guerra served as an instructor for the Greater Fort Lauderdale Realtors® Association with a special focus on technology. There, she educated numerous associates across Broward County on key areas for business growth, such as the latest industry products and services. Having assumed a range of leadership roles throughout her career, Guerra previously served as president of The Women's Council of Realtors® for Broward County and is currently Director of the Florida Association of Realtors®, a board member of the Western Broward Regional Association, and a member of the Greater Ft. Lauderdale Realtors® Governmental Affairs and Candidate Screening committees.

Raised in South Florida, Guerra spent many years living in New York City where she began her college work in pre-law at New York University, graduating from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science degree. She also completed the Shepard Broad Law Program at Nova Southeastern University. Guerra furthermore holds a myriad of industry certifications, including specialization in relocation and pricing.
