e-Builder, the leading cloud-based construction program management information solution for capital projects, has announced it has just passed the 200th new employee mark! The technology company, based in Plantation, has grown, on average, 25-35% each year for the past five years and that growth is expected to continue. The company is looking to add another 55 positions in 2017 alone.
“It’s incredible and so rewarding to see how far we have come as a company,” said Ron Antevy, President and CEO. “Our employees are the key to our success and we pride ourselves on creating and fostering a company culture that allows each of our 200 plus employees to thrive.”
The new employees starting work today are joining various departments including marketing, engineering and partner sales. The positions they are filling are: Product Marketing Manager, Partner Sales, Cloud Engineer and Product Delivery Manager.
e-Builder, which launched in 1995, created a unique software that streamlines the workflow of managing capital construction programs, saving both time and money. The e-Builder technology helps global companies, government agencies, healthcare and educational institutions manage hundreds of billions of dollars in capital improvement projects. Across the country, 400 customers with projects worth over $300 billion are being managed by the e-Builder software.
“Few companies have been able to build a viable business marrying technology with the needs of the construction industry,” said Antevy. “Fewer still have been able to build a business with the growth rate and scale that e-Builder has been able to achieve.”
The company’s success has been well documented. In April, the South Florida Business Journal named them “Business of the Year.” It was the second time the company has received that award in the last five years. Additionally, they are consistently named to top lists including: Fastest Growing Private Companies, Fastest Growing Tech Companies, Inc. 5000 and multiple industry award lists.
The company offers a highly-competitive benefits package. Employees have an option of health plans covered 100% by e-Builder as well as a 401K plan with a generous company match. The company also offers incentive stock options, life insurance and AD&D policies. For more information on e-Builder’s open positions go to: Work for e-Builder
