CBRE Group, Inc. hires four top commercial real estate women professionals to support the expansion of the firm’s footprint in South Florida. Retail veteran Ana Barcelo returns to CBRE as first vice president of Advisory & Transaction Services, focusing on high-street retail. Erin Efstathion joins CBRE’s Capital Markets team as vice president of Debt & Structured Finance, Love Levy joins Asset Services as general manager, and Ali Brody joins the firm as manager of the Business Development team, leading statewide efforts.

Ana Barcelo started her career in commercial real estate at CBRE. She returns to the firm after 13 years and closing more than $700 million in sales and 300,000 square feet of office and retail leases in South Florida. She joins CBRE from Koniver Stern Group, where she provided brokerage representation to retail landlords and tenants. Her most recent projects include 2020 Salzedo, Giralda Place, Panorama Brickell and Brickell Heights. Prior to this, she worked with The Allen Morris Company in retail and office tenant representation and investment sales. Her previous experience also includes working at the commercial division of Related Cervera Realty Services, where she worked with developers, such as the Related Group, when retail condos were just a new way of investing in the market. Ana is a member of the executive council of the Women’s Leadership and Young Leaders groups of United Way of Miami-Dade, as well as a co-chair for United Way’s annual Build Your Own Brunch.
Erin has more than 13 years of finance and commercial real estate experience. She joins CBRE from Walker & Dunlop, where she provided customized financing solutions to real estate developers and owners nationwide, with a focus on the Southeast. Prior to working for Walker & Dunlop, Erin was a financial analyst for Kitson & Partners in Palm Beach Gardens. She also held analyst positions at Real Estate Capital Partners, L.P., and Ernst & Young in New York City. Erin graduated summa cum laude from Florida State University with a double major in Finance and Real Estate, and Accounting.
Love is a seasoned commercial portfolio manager. With more than 20 years of experience in all phases of property management, she has focused her career on managing retail and office properties, such as shopping centers and class A office buildings. Her previous experience includes property management positions at Transwestern, Rivergate KW Residential, Flagler Real Estate Service and the Miami Center. Love graduated from West Liberty State College in West Virginia with a bachelor of science in Communications.
Ali is a commercial real estate professional whose focus the last seven years has been leasing, client management and business development. Most recently, she led business development at CarSaver.com and client management at Ten-X.com, where she helped both companies drive growth. During her time at Ten-X, she managed $70 million in online real estate sales throughout the Midwest and the Southeast regions of the country. She also held leasing and sales associate positions representing retail tenants and landlords at Gator Investments, Inc. and Winick Reality Group in South Florida and New York City. Ali graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor degree in Communications.
