Platinum Properties, A Keyes Family Company, has announced the $7 million listing of an oceanfront home located in Jupiter Inlet Colony. Jim Kirvin, CEO of Platinum Properties, is the exclusive listing agent for the property – the former estate of the late “Stand by Your Man” singer Tammy Wynette.
Platinum Properties officially listed the 241 Ocean Drive home on Friday, June 9, 2017. Known as “Shorebreak,” the six-bedroom, six-and-a-half bathroom beach home has more than 6,400 square feet on a lushly landscaped half-acre lot.
