Distinguished South Florida interior designer creates move-in ready home concept exclusively for boutique condominiums Le Jardin Residences and Pearl House
Verzasca Group and Interiors by Steven G. have teamed up to design custom options from NOW by Steven G., an exclusive pre-furnished home concept. The collection will be available at Le Jardin Residences and Pearl House, two new luxury condominium projects on Bay Harbor Islands that are part of Verzasca’s intimate collection of boutique residences.
With this new concept, buyers would be able to purchase fully furnished, move-in-ready residences. A longtime relationship between Verzasca Director of Sales John Warsing and Steven G. helped form the partnership between the developer and designer.
Verzasca topped off construction at Le Jardin Residences and Pearl House in March 2017. The developer is on track to deliver units at Le Jardin and Pearl House to buyers by the end of 2017. Verzasca began construction of both projects during spring 2016.
The projects are 75 percent sold.
