JLL (NYSE: JLL) announces that the firm has completed a 17,000-square-foot lease on behalf of Banco do Brasil Americas, the US division of the largest and oldest bank in South America, for its new corporate headquarters at 1221 Brickell Ave. office tower in Miami’s Brickell Financial District.

JLL Executive Vice President Gavin Macphail and JLL Senior Associate Randy Carballo represented Banco do Brasil Americas in the lease negotiations. Banco do Brasil Americas has leased the entire 22^nd floor for its corporate headquarters, relocating to 1221 Brickell Ave. from One Biscayne Tower in downtown Miami.
