-Bio-Tissue, Inc. renewed its lease of 39,385 square feet of industrial space at 8305 NW 27th St. in Doral. Easton’s Jim Armstrong and Mike Waite represented the landlord, SPG Transal Park LLC. Bio-Tissue was represented by Bob Schneiderman of Colliers International.
-JJC International Distributors LLC leased just under 30,000 square feet of industrial space at 1325 NW 78th Ave. in Miami. Easton’s Jim Armstrong and Mike Waite represented the landlord, SPG NW 78th Avenue LLC. Frank Menendez of Empirica Realty Advisors represented the tenant.
-United Vending of Florida, Inc. leased 18,193 square feet of industrial space at 14240 Palmetto Frontage Road in Miami. Jim Armstrong and Mike Waite represented the landlord, Seagis Palmetto 14240 LLC.
