Ft. Lauderdale office of Williams Company Southeast announces start of Vineland Pointe, a new 447,500sf Disney-area shopping center by O’Connor Capital Partners

The Ft. Lauderdale office of Williams Company Southeast announced the company will break ground in July for Vineland Pointe, a new 447,500 square foot Disney-area shopping center being developed by New York-based O’Connor Capital Partners. To be located on 64 prime acres at Interstate 4 and Daryl Carter Parkway near Orlando Vineland Premium Outlet Mall, the center will be Central Florida’s largest to break ground in years. It will exceed the size of The Crosslands, a 427,000 square foot center earlier developed by a partnership that included O’Connor Capital Partners. The Crosslands was also constructed by Williams Company Southeast. Vineland Pointe is being designed by Eleven18 Architecture, Orlando, and the project engineer is Harris Civil Engineers LLC, Orlando. Construction is slated for completion in 2018.
