Monument Real Estate Services, a leader in the multi-family industry, is pleased to announce that industry veteran and Diamond Award Regional Manager of the Year 2015, Lesly Jones, has been appointed as vice president of marketing and leasing for the firm.
With over 20 years of experience, Jones will be responsible for overseeing and developing marketing services that provide support, tools and solutions to the firm’s multi-family assets as well as deliver branding and marketing results that meet the expectations of the owners and investors. In this role, Jones will report to vice president of operations, Jaime Rauscher, and support the marketing services provided to the regional property managers and their on-site teams. Jones is also expected to oversee the development and implementation of several key initiatives.
“We are pleased to welcome Lesly to Monument and are confident that she will play a pivotal role providing marketing insight and direction to the operations team,” said Jamie Rauscher, Vice President of Operations of Monument Real Estate Services. “Lesly brings an impressive track record to the firm and will be a valuable addition as we continue to enhance the services we provide to our investors.”
Prior to joining Monument Real Estate Services, Jones served as regional property manager at Pegasus Residential where she managed seven properties totaling 1,830 units. The firm’s portfolio of properties consisted of two newly constructed lease ups that surpassed leasing and occupancy goals. She also initiated special branding and marketing operations for the third-party owner of these assets producing occupancy rates and rental rates that exceeded surrounding submarkets. Jones has also served as regional manager and director of marketing at Drucker and Falk, LLC, president at Platinum Realty Services and director of marketing and training as well as regional property manager at Merry Land Properties and Cornerstone Realty Income Trust.
Jones holds various certifications and designations including Regional Manager of the Year, Charleston Apartment Association Diamond Award 2015, the highest level property management award based on overall portfolio performance, as well as the National Apartment Association’s Certified Apartment Manager designation.
“Monument Real Estate Services has established its reputation over the years as a strategic multi-family leader. I am honored to join the team as vice president of marketing and leasing as the company continues to excel and create value in the industry and its communities,” added Jones.
