Savills Studley, the leading commercial real estate firm specializing in tenant representation, announced today the completion of a 10,566-square-foot lease at 600 Brickell Avenue at Brickell World Plaza in Miami for global legal services firm Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, LLP. The agreement was finalized in late February and the tenant moved into the space in March 2017.

“Pillsbury quickly needed a marquee location for its expansion into the Miami market,” said Savills Studley Senior Vice President and Miami Branch Manager Bob Orban, who brokered the deal with Savills Studley Associate Tyler Wyant. “Challenged with finding an office with relatively immediate access and flexibility in size, we were pleased to structure a favorable transaction for a fully-furnished space ready for occupancy in less than three months.”

In negotiation with the sublessor, Savills Studley secured the use of high quality furniture, fixtures and equipment, as well as several periods of rental abatement. The tower is a Class A and LEED Platinum certified property set in the financial district of downtown Miami. Pillsbury’s offices are located on the 31st floor of the 40-story, 630,000-square-foot office structure completed in 2011. The space offers modern and high-level finishes, a walk-out balcony and impressive views. Owned by Brickell Holdings, LLC, the building provides tenants a private fitness center, conference centers and 30,000 square feet of landscaped space.
