‘Dusty Shoe’ on March 11 brings homebuyers on site for first time
What’s a good excuse to get a little dirty?Thechance for a first look at The Fields, a DiVostaHomes community now under construction in Lake Worth.
Home shoppers will tour single-family and townhome residences on March 11 at DiVosta’s “Dusty Shoe.” As the name implies, it will be a good day to dress down and don covered footwear. From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., visitors to the site will be guided throughpartly finished homes where construction managers will show what the homes will look like when completed.
The Fields is located off Polo Road, near Lake Worth Road, about a half mile west of the Florida Turnpike.
At the on-site office, DiVosta sales consultants will have details on four townhome floor plans and ninesingle-family home plans. They will also take contracts.
“The event is a chance to get in early on what will be one of the area’s most livable communities,” said Brent Baker, president of PulteGroup’s Southeast Florida division. “Buyers can get a feel for our products and the communitywhile our model homes are being built.”
The Fields offers one- and two-story townhomes and single-family homes of 1,825 to 3,320 square feet on the site of the former Gulfstream Polo Club. The gated community will have two amenity campuses including a clubhouse, resort-style pool, open play field and tot lot.
