In partnership with service-industry leaders, including The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Kimpton Hotels, Hilton Hotels, AM Resorts, the InterContinental Hotel Group, and Virgin Hotels,in the last decade, Lionstone has entitled, converted and developed over 1,500 hotel rooms and over 2 million square feet of real estate projects, with a robust development pipeline and plans to double its portfolio by 2020.

Ernesto Cambo is the founder and principal of CPF Investment Group LLC., a boutique investment group with interests in real estate, aviation and manufacturing. As a principal, Cambo oversees and is responsible for the finance, legal, construction and marketing of various investments. Steve Patterson is President and Chief Executive Officer of Related Development, LLC. He joined the company in 2010 and is responsible for all new multifamily rental development activities. Related is active in market rate rental, luxury condo and affordable housing and also pursues investment in value add acquisitions, in all income property sectors. The company has over 4,000 multi-family units currently under construction and has closed investment transactions totaling over $600 million in the last two years. Patterson has an established track record of profitable real estate investment ventures totaling over $2 billion in value.

With a career path that has taken her from bond trading on Wall Street to developing properties along some of Miami's trendiest streets, Avra Jain, Founder of The Vagabond Group, has earned a reputation for identifying the next it neighborhood. Jain develops projects based around two of her favorite pursuits: art and architecture.
