CREC, Florida’s leading, independent, full-service commercial real estate firm, brokered a long-term lease agreement for Pollo Tropical to relocate its regional headquarters to The Landing at MIA in the Airport West submarket of Miami, Florida.
The Miami-founded, international restaurant chain’s offices were formerly situated in the Dadeland submarket, with a test kitchen in a separate location. Pollo Tropical sought a new space to allow consolidation of all of its critical functions under one roof, officially occupying 10,000 square feet at 7255 Corporate Center Drive in late January.
CREC President and Co-Founder Carol Brooks and Senior Leasing Associate Katie Fernandez-Espinosa represented Pollo Tropical. CBRE Senior Vice President Diana Parker represented The Landing at MIA.
