Luxury residential project Merrick Manor unveiled its brand-new state of the art Sales Gallery with a grand opening celebration. Guests got to experience first-hand the elegant lifestyle offered at the Coral Gables project through the 5,000-square-foot Sales Gallery, which showcases a full model one-bedroom unit designed by prominent South Florida interior design firm Interiors by Steven G.

The Astor Companies and Astor Real Estate Group hosted the event on Thursday, February 23 for more than 200 people including real estate professionals, designers, buyers and other invited guests. Those in attendance toured the model unit, which includes a gourmet kitchen, bathroom living room and master bedroom. The unit displays the Italian cabinetry, built-in Bosh appliances, white quartz countertops and Grohe and Duravit faucets and fixtures available to buyers.
