Industry veteran joins luxury sales team as Director of Luxury Sales

Douglas Elliman is pleased to announce Elena Christodoulou has joined the brokerage’s office on Lincoln Road. In her new role as Director of Luxury Sales, she will be responsible for leading luxury real estate sales in the Surfside, BalHarbour, and Sunny Isles areas.

Christodoulou, who is Greek South African,is well travelled with international sales experience in Europe, Middle East, United States, and Africa. Christodoulou moved to Miami from Boca Raton - Palm Beach four years ago and brings more than ten years of real estate experience, now specializing in Surfside, BalHarbour and Sunny Isles. Throughout her successful career, she has managed international sales for several luxury projects, including Regalia Miami, Fendi Chateau, and Chateau Beach. Prior to joining Douglas Elliman, she served as the Vice President of Sales for Fendi Chateau Residences & Chateau Beach. During her time with Fendi Chateau Residences, Chateau Beach and Regalia Miami, she sold more than $1 billion in pre-construction luxury residences from 2013 to 2016.
