Fowler White Burnett announced today that Victor M. Velarde has joined the firm’s Miami office as an associate in their Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Velarde provides representation to corporations and individuals in state and federal court where he has substantial experience representing and advising management and business owners in commercial, corporate, and labor and employment litigation.

Velarde earned his Juris Doctor degree, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, and earned his Bachelors of Arts degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Florida International University. He is a member of The Florida Bar and admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
