Sukhothai Restaurant & Bar has leased 2,430 square feet at Gateway Plaza at Doral,located at 1950 NW 87 Avenue in Doral, Florida.

The popular "sushi + Asian fusion” restaurant executed a 10-year lease valued at $1,184,500 on January 4.

Olga Valdes-Fauli and Marisol Henriquez negotiated the lease deal on behalf of the landlord, JCT Management. No other brokers were involved in the transaction.

Gateway Plaza at Doral is home CliniSanitas Medical Center, which occupies 14,688 square feet. CliniSanitas is a full-service medical center, servicing Blue Cross Blue Shield members, open 7 days a week and serves as a primary, specialty, and urgent care centers, including patient observation and a medication dispensary.

Other office tenants include IT Savvy, which occupies 4,132 square feet; Boxy Charm, which occupies 3,609 square feet, ABJ Dental, which occupies 1,866 square feet; and Doral Foot & Ankle, which occupies 1,555 square feet.

- Cold Stone Creamery: Cold Stone Creamery executed a five-year lease deal for 1,205 square feet. Cold Stone Creamery is an American-based ice cream parlor chain. Headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, its main product is super-premium ice cream, made on location and customized for patrons at the time of order. Cold Stone has also expanded its menu with other ice cream-related products including ice cream cakes, pies, cookie sandwiches, smoothies, shakes and iced or blended coffee drinks.

- Tropical Smoothie Café: Tropical Smoothie Café signed on for 1,382 square feet for 10 years.. Tropical Smoothie Cafe began as a smoothie shop in 1993 and has developed into a restaurant franchise that, in addition to smoothies, now offers sandwiches, wraps, salads, soups, The Tropical Smoothie Cafe currently operates more than 300 locations in 34 different states.

- Chipotle Mexican Grill: Chipotle Mexican Grill will occupy 2,603 square feet for 10 years. Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is a chain of restaurants specializing in burritos and tacos. The company has released a mission statement called Food with Integrity, which highlights its efforts in using organic ingredients, and serves more naturally raised meat than any other restaurant chain. - WingHouse: WingHouse executed a 10-year lease deal for 4,455 square feet. Founded by the National Football League's (NFL) Dallas Cowboys and Denver Broncos alumni, Crawford Ker, the first WingHouse opened in Largo, FL in 1994. The Winghouse staff's dedication and teamwork was a recipe for success. Now, WingHouse has over 24 locations throughout Florida with plans to grow into the rest of the Southeast.

- MOOYA Burgers, Fries & Shakes: MOOYA negotiated a 10-year lease deal for 1,900 square feet. MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes one of the hottest and fastest growing "better burger" franchise opportunities in the world. According to its website, "we are keepers of the great American meal, masters of the burger, owners of the French fry and crafters of the shake."
