
Director Kevin D. Landers Represented the West Palm Beach Law Firm in its Long-Term Renewal at Northbridge Centre
Cushman & Wakefield announced today that it has negotiated an 18,835-square-foot office lease on behalf of the law firm of Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath at Northbridge Centre.

Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath has operated its practice out of Northbridge Centre since the building’s completion in the mid 80s, specializing in cases involving auto accidents, medical malpractice and product liability. The firm litigates throughout Florida and the United States and employs 83 individuals in the building, including 17 highly decorated attorneys.
Northbridge Centre is a 21-story, LEED Certified and ENERGY STAR-rated Class A office tower featuring an attached parking garage, two on-site restaurants, full-service banking, a salon, a fitness center and on-site management and security. Greenfield Partners is planning a multimillion dollar interior and exterior renovation project in the near future, including new exterior signage for Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath and a common area refresh on the firm’s main floor.
Northbridge Centre is conveniently located at515 North Flagler Drive, offering unobstructed views of the Intracoastal, Palm Beach Island and the Atlantic Ocean while providing multiple access points to Interstate 95 via Palm Beach Lakes and Okeechobee Boulevard.
