Sam Jean, an investment advisor affiliated with Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, closed a $1.877 million commercial transaction on January 10. 

Jean represented the buyer, Intrepid Apartments LLC, in the transaction.  

The apartment building is a 13,058-square-foot multi-family residence located at 13251 Memorial Highway in North Miami. The buyer, Triton Miami Investment LLC, purchased the 19-unit garden style apartment building with plans to maintain the apartment building’s operations.
