Pateman will Lead Cushman & Wakefield's West Palm Beach and Boca Raton Offices
Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Mark Pateman has been named Managing Principal - Palm Beach County.
In this role, Pateman will provide leadership for Cushman & Wakefield’s operations in the Palm Beach County market while continuing to serve as one of the top office leasing and investment sales brokers in South Florida.
Pateman will lead the firm's West Palm Beach and Boca Raton offices, home to 25 brokers and numerous support and other service line personnel providing a full range of services to Cushman & Wakefield’s wide range of clients.

Pateman joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2006 after founding and selling Empire Resources, a boutique brokerage and consulting firm. He spent seven prior years practicing real estate law in New York and South Florida where he became well-versed in acquisitions and dispositions, title insurance, leasing, development and related corporate matters. Pateman also has extensive experience closing complex transactions such as Section 1031 exchanges and build-to-suit ground leases.
During his career, Pateman has represented a wide range of clients such as PGP, Related, KBS, Stiles and Colonnade Properties. He also has worked on some of South Florida’s most significant projects, such as Phillips Point, Esperante, 3801 PGA, One Boca Place and Flagler Center.

Pateman is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Urban Land Institute (ULI), West Palm Beach Downtown Action Committee and is licensed to practice law in Florida and New York. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Skidmore College and holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami.
