TooJay’s Appoints Comfort Food Guru as the New General Manager of Its Hallandale Restaurant

TooJay’s, the restaurant known for its generous servings of home-made, New York deli favorites, has named Tony Rispoli the new General Manager of its Hallandale location.

Before coming to Hallandale, Rispoli served as General Manager of five different TooJay’s locations: Plantation, Coral Springs, Lakeland, and two in Orlando.

Prior to joining TooJay’s over a decade ago, he served as General Manager at Bagel Stop Café. A true restaurant professional, he began his career at the age of 14 working in various restaurants as a cook.

“We use the highest quality ingredients and make most of our items from scratch,” said Rispoli. “We are totally focused on serving our guests the great food they deserve, which is one of the many reasons why TooJay’s is a great company to work for.”

As the new General Manager of the Hallandale TooJay’s, Rispoli is responsible for managing daily restaurant operations including overseeing human resources, customer service, food preparation and administrative organization.

Rispoli lives in Margate and enjoys attending auto shows when he is not working.

The Hallandale TooJay’s opened in early 2016 and is the brand’s southernmost location in Florida.

With 28 restaurants throughout Florida, TooJay’s currently serves guests in Palm Beach and Broward counties, the Treasure Coast, the West Coast of Florida, the Orlando area, the Villages, the Space Coast and Polk County.

TooJay’s is ranked eighth in the country for Family Dining by Consumer Reports and received the 2016 Best of South Florida Award for Best Deli from the Sun Sentinel.
