Highly anticipated community in Lake Worth currently taking reservations

DiVosta Homes has appointed Christy Garretson, Christi Holmes and Pam Wilhoit as sales consultants for The Fields, a community of single-family residences and townhomes on the former Gulfstream Polo Club in central Palm Beach County.

The development of 916homes on Polo Road lies just west of Florida’s Turnpike in Lake Worth. Sales officially begin next month, but DiVosta is currently taking reservations. First move-ins are expected in the summer of 2017.

Garretson has 18 years of experience in sales and marketing, most recently closing out sales at DiVosta’s Windsor Park community in Abacoa, a planned community in Jupiter. In multi-family communities, she has exceeded new home sales goals and other key metrics since joining the homebuilder in December 2015. A certified trainer, she gained development experience as an award-winning property manager and has been recognized on manyoccasions for surpassing bottom-line growth and customer service goals.

Holmes began her career with DiVosta Homes in 2013 and quickly rose in the organization. She was instrumental in the sales success of the Copperleaf community in Palm City.

Wilhoit has 16 years of experience in new home sales, including three years withDiVosta Homes in Abacoa. She has sold homes in communities in western Palm Beach County, including PortoSol in Royal Palm Beach.

The Fields offers consumer-inspired home designs of one- and two-story townhomes and single-family homesof 1,825 to 3,320 square feet. The gated community will have two amenity campuses including a clubhouse, resort-style pool,open play field and tot lot.
