NEW YORK CITY
Karen Chesley focuses on complex litigation, including contractual disputes, antitrust matters, and constitutional law. She practices at both the trial and appellate levels. Previously, she clerked on the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals and for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Qian Gao represents the firm’s clients in complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts across the country, as well as before the Department of Justice, CFTC, SEC, FTC, and New York state agencies. She has represented clients in the finance, technology, sports, and consumer goods industries on a wide range of subjects including antitrust, securities, and tort law.
Jaime Sneider has developed a practice representing clients in complex commercial and securities litigation. His clients include financial institutions and hedge funds. He has also represented the firm’s clients in civil investigations under the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. He previously clerked on the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Stacey Grigsby has extensive experience in civil litigation, including disputes with state and federal governments. She previously served in the U.S. Department of Justice, including as a trial attorney and as Counsel to the Associate Attorney General. She received the Attorney General’s Award for Exceptional Service in 2014. She clerked on the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.
Christopher G. Renner focuses on antitrust litigation and counseling, and on representing clients before antitrust enforcement agencies in connection with government investigations and merger reviews. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in antitrust litigation, and practices before the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice. He worked at the FTC for eight years before joining the firm, serving during that time as an Attorney Advisor to the Chairman and Acting Deputy Assistant Director of the Bureau of Competition.
Joshua Riley represents clients in complex matters at the intersection of law and public policy. He is developing a substantial practice in government-facing litigation. Josh previously clerked on the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and was General Counsel to Senator Al Franken on the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee.

Fiona Huntriss has acted on a range of banking and financial litigation, as well as commercial disputes, restructuring and insolvency litigation, and sovereign disputes. Fiona advises financial institutions, corporations, investors and government bodies on cross-border disputes, including in relation to sophisticated financial arrangements, distressed debt, international insolvencies, sovereign defaults, natural resources disputes, third party funding, and the enforcement of judgments.

Edward Takashima represents companies and individuals in complex litigation, including business torts and intellectual property disputes. He has also advised clients regarding data breach response and trade secret misappropriation matters, regulatory matters, and represented clients in federal and state investigations. Previously, he clerked on the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
MIAMI
Ryan Witte focuses on product liability and complex commercial litigation. His principal work involves the defense of lawsuits brought against Philip Morris USA, in addition to a broad range of other significant matters.

Sean Phillips Rodriguez focuses on complex litigation with a particular emphasis on antitrust, intellectual property, technology, and finance matters. He has represented clients in these diverse matters, including both in trial court and on appeal. Previously, he clerked on the U.S. District court for the Central District of California.
