Tony Jones and Ryan Levy of Cushman & Wakefield’s Tenant Advisory Team Represented Atlantis University in its Relocation to Highland Park Center
Cushman & Wakefield announced today that it has negotiated a 27,653-square-foot relocation lease for Atlantis University at Highland Park Center.
The Cushman & Wakefield Tenant Advisory Team of Executive Director Tony Jones and Director Ryan Levy represented Atlantis University in its relocation to Key International’s Highland Park Center at 1011 Sunnybrook Road. Maribel Garcia and Inigo Ardid represented Key International in the transaction.
Atlantis University is an international institution based in Miami. The accredited school offers a path to Associate’s degrees, Bachelor’s degrees, Master’s degrees, certifications, and other diplomas in the fields of business and technology.
Atlantis University is expected to move more than 50 employees from its existing location at 1400 Biscayne Center to the new space during the summer of 2017. The school will expand its footprint threefold at Highland Park Center.
Highland Park Center is an eleven-story Class A office tower strategically located in Miami’s Health District, which offers the second-largest concentration of medical and research facilities in the U.S. The LEED Gold-Certified building was developed in 2011 and features 44,740 rentable square feet and ample structured parking.
“This was a great fit for a growing institution like Atlantis University,” said Levy. “Highland Park Center represented an opportunity to reposition the school at the epicenter of Miami’s medical and research community in a modern, LEED-certified building mirroring the university’s commitment to social responsibility on a global scale.”
