Koch Parafinczuk & Wolf, P.A., announced that Susana Rodriguez and Jeremy Mishali have joined the firm as associates in its Fort Lauderdale office.
Susana Rodriguez is a litigation attorney who focuses her practice in the areas of insurance defense, first party property claims, breach of contract, premises liability and automobile accidents. Rodriguez comes to Koch Parafinczuk & Wolf having gained valuable insight into the legal industry while serving as Juridical Intern to Judge James Lawrence King of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. In addition, as part of the ABA Judicial Intern Opportunity Program (JIOP) she interned for Judge Ellen Sue Venzer, of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court, Criminal Division. She received her J.D. from St. Thomas University and B.A. from Florida International University.
Jeremy Mishali is a litigation attorney who focuses his practice on first-party insurance defense. He also assists with civil defense and plaintiff matters. Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Mishali worked for the Broward Public Defender’s Office 17th Judicial Circuit, where he litigated both misdemeanor and felony jury trial. Mr. Mishali also served as an attorney for the Department of Children and Families, Children’s Legal Services division. Mishali earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California and Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Florida State University.
