Sabine Otamendi, a real estate veteran who was a guiding force behind the success of both One Thousand Museum by Zaha Hadid Architects and the St. Regis Bal Harbour, and has sold in excess of $600,000,000.00, has joined KAR Properties.

In her new role, Otamendi a licensed real estate agent with Douglas Elliman, will oversee the sales and marketing of KAR’s new boutique beachfront development in Hallandale which is set to launch first quarter 2017. She will also provide strategy and marketing initiatives for KAR’s landmark development on the Miami River, One River Point by Rafael Viñoly. Otamendi, will work in tandem with Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, who exclusively handles sales & marketing for both KAR Properties.

The former director of international sales for One Thousand Museum, Otamendi brings nearly 15 years of experience excelling in ultra-luxury real estate sales and marketing. A native of France, Otaemendi is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese and French. She has spent a career leading new development sales for major real estate marketing firms including Sotheby’s and Cervera Real Estate.
