645 residences starting in the low-$300Ks planned on former golf course
Pulte Homes has started sales of luxury townhomes at Parkview at Hillcrest, the national homebuilder’s flagship Broward County community on Hillcrest Drive, just east of South Park Road and 1 mile west of Interstate 95.
Currently four townhome designs are available at the gated community starting at $364,990, said Brent Baker, president of Pulte’s Southeast Florida division. The homes feature three bedrooms with two or 2 1/2 baths and two-car garages. Pulte will also shortly begin selling its unique Magnolia townhome plan which boasts an open gathering area, rear-loaded one-car garage, and spacious second floor Owner’s Suite. These three-bedroom, two-story homes will start in the low $300Ks.
Eight one-and two-story single-family home designs will be released for sale in January. The residences have 4-6 bedrooms and 2-4 bathrooms, with two- and three-car garages.
A model park is under construction at Parkview at Hillcrest with two townhome models and three single-family home models slated to open this spring.
The townhomes and single-family homes at Parkview at Hillcrest feature elegant architectural exteriors and Pulte’s Life Tested® floor plans with spacious gathering areas, open kitchens and functional spaces for managing busy lifestyles.
Pulte plans to build a total of 645 homes on the 160-acre site that was formerly known as Hillcrest Golf Course. The highly desirable area is close to employment centers, shopping, entertainment and the ocean.
