Relocation of Andersen Tax to the Florida Crystals Building in Downtown West Palm Beach

Cushman & Wakefield announced today that it has negotiated a long-term, 9,169-square-foot relocation lease with Andersen Tax at the Florida Crystals Building in downtown West Palm Beach.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Palm Beach County Office Team led by Managing Director Mark L. Pateman represented building owners Florida Crystals Corporation and Colonnade Properties in the transaction. Fellow team member, Director Kevin D. Landers represented Andersen Tax.

Andersen Tax is one of the largest independent tax firms in the United States, providing a wide range of tax, valuation, financial advisory and related consulting services to individuals, commercial clients and alternative investment funds. The firm’s West Palm Beach location is relocating from Phillips Point at 777 South Flagler Drive. The creative lease transaction converted two former ground-floor restaurant spaces into a single office with direct water views and an open, collaborative environment.

The Florida Crystals Building is located in the heart of West Palm Beach's historic downtown Flagler Financial District and offers dramatic views of Palm Beach, the Intracoastal Waterway and Waterfront Park. The building anchors the bustling Clematis Street and is just minutes to Palm Beach Yacht Club and the town of Palm Beach.

“The City of West Palm Beach is aggressively promoting the Flagler Financial District, and this high-quality office user will be able to house up to 45 employees who will participate in the daytime economy in the heart of our vibrant downtown," said Pateman. "Companies recognize that it is much easier to recruit and retain talent when they can provide a modern workspace in an energized environment with immediate access to restaurant, retail, and recreational amenities right outside their suite.”

“Andersen Tax is excited about being a part of the fantastic urban growth story of West Palm Beach and servicing its clients from a convenient location with cutting edge design," added Landers.

“Ownership is very excited to welcome this excellent tenant to One North Clematis," said Brian Keller, Senior Vice President at Colonnade Properties. "We look forward to re-invigorating the high-profile, ground-floor space and adding Andersen Tax to our world-class tenant roster at the Florida Crystals Building.”
