Kelley Kronenberg, a diverse, full service business law firm, announced that attorneys Stephanie N. Williams and Rosendo A. Forns have joined the firm’s Miami office.
Ms. Williams focuses her practice on First Party Insurance Defense and Workers’ Compensation. Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, she was a Litigation Associate at a large, full-service business law firm. Her background includes Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home and Assisted Living Facility defense, as well as General Negligence, including Premises Liability and automobile accidents. She is also experienced in First Party and Homeowners’ Insurance Defense matters.
Ms. Williams earned her Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Communications, cum laude, from Florida Memorial University and her Juris Doctor Degree from Michigan State University College of Law. While in law school, she was a member on the Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Competition and served as a Legal Intern with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office. Ms. Williams is admitted to practice law in Florida.
Mr. Forns focuses his practice on First Party Insurance Defense, Property and Casualty Claims, and Complex Commercial Constructions Disputes. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Law Clerk for a civil litigation firm where he assisted in insurance defense matters. He is also experienced in landlord-tenant law and probate matters.
Mr. Forns earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in International Business and Management from Florida International University and received his Juris Doctor Degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law. While attending Shepard Broad College of Law, he served as President of the student chapter of the Cuban American Bar Association as well as a member of the Nova Trial Association. He is admitted to practice law in Florida and is fluent in Spanish.
