Award-winning restaurant concept hiring 180 full and part-time positions
Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants – an upscale casual dining restaurant, award-winning winery and Napa-style tasting room – has announced plans to open its newest restaurant in Doral in early 2017. The restaurant, which is currently under construction in City Place Doral, 3585 NW 83rd Avenue, Doral, FL 33122, will be the 26th location for the expanding restaurant group.
In conjunction with the opening, Cooper’s Hawk will host a hiring fair on Tuesday, November 29th and Wednesday, November 30th from 8:30 a.m. – 6p.m. at the restaurant’s temporary recruitment center located at Pipeline Doral, 8400 NW 36th St, #450, Doral, FL 33166.
Cooper’s Hawk Doral is seeking energetic, talented individuals with an enthusiastic passion for food, wine, and hospitality to join their team. The hiring fair is expected to fill 180 full-time and part-time positions in the restaurant’s scratch kitchen, as well as tasting room attendants, servers, hosts and bartenders. Featuring its own proprietary varietals crafted from its winery, Cooper’s Hawk offers unique dishes paired with bin numbers on the menu that guide guests to their selection’s perfect wine match. The restaurant concept has received nearly 400 awards from various local, national and international wine competitions, multiple double gold and, most notably, received a 99-point score at the Critics Challenge International Wine Competition for its Lux Pinot Noir.
The Doral opening marks the 26th location for the expanding restaurant group with locations in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Missouri, Ohio, Virginia and Wisconsin.
