The buildings are located at 13851 Plantation Road, 13881 Plantation Road and 6835 International Center Boulevard, Fort Myers, Florida. Randy Thibaut, ALC, CEO and broker of Land Solutions represented the buyer, and Randal Mercer and Brandon Stoneburner of CRE Consultants, LLC represented the seller.
