J. Cooper Green and Alicia Lobeiras Join Avila Rodriguez Hernandez Mena & Ferri

CORAL GABLES, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Avila Rodriguez Hernandez Mena & Ferri LLP, a multi-practice law firm representing domestic and international businesses and investors, today announced the addition of two new attorneys, J. Cooper Green, who joins the firm’s Real Estate Practice, and Alicia Lobeiras, who joins the firm’s Corporate Practice.

J. Cooper Green focuses his practice on commercial real estate finance, including mezzanine financing, and servicing, as well as acquisitions. Mr. Green was an associate at Strook & Strook & Lavan LLP in Miami, Florida, where he represented lenders in structuring and negotiating commercial finance transactions, loan agreements, mortgages, commercial mortgage backed securities (CMBS) and other real estate transactions. Mr. Green earned his Juris Doctor from George Mason University School of Law in 2012 and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado College.

Alicia Lobeiras practices in the area of corporate and financial services and will assist on a range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, and complex financing. Ms. Lobeiras joins ARHMF from in the corporate practice at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton in New York, New York. Ms. Lobeiras received her Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School in 2014 and her Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern University.
