Cushman & Wakefield announced today that it has negotiated the sale of Weston Commerce Park, a 134,400-square-foot warehouse and distribution building in Broward County.

The asset was acquired by Mississippi-basedEastGroup Properties.
Weston Commerce Park is a Class A, state-of-the-art rear-load building featuring 30-foot clear heights, an Early Suppression Fast Response (ESFR) fire safety system, T5 lighting, 40-foot by 40-foot column spacing and a 118-foot truck court.
Weston Commerce Park was developed on an eight-acre parcel at1951 North Commerce Parkway. This location is easily accessible in western Broward County and provides superior access to Interstate 75, Interstate 575 and the Sawgrass Expressway.
