The firm today announced the sale of Palm Hill Apartments, a 224-unit multifamily property in West Palm Beach. Axonic Properties acquired the property from seller FC Palm Hill of Miami for $13.75 million, or $86.40 per square foot.

Berkadia also recently announced the sale and financing of Cutlerwood Apartments in Miami. Asden Realty acquired the property from seller American Federated Tile Corporation for $14 million, or $134 per square foot, with an $11.35 million acquisition loan.
