Mason Kerns and Adam T. Rose to join growing serious personal injury and wrongful death practice

As the Leesfield & Scolaro law firm expands its reach across Florida, the firm continues to expand with the addition of Mason Kerns and Adam T. Rose as associates. Both attorneys have experience handling serious personal injury, class actions and wrongful death claims.

Mr. Kerns comes to Leesfield & Scolaro from the private sector, where he specialized in civil litigation, white collar criminal defense, maritime defense and class actions. Previously he also served as an Assistant Public Defender, where he represented accused juveniles in nearly 50 bench trials, as well as 30 jury trials for second and third degree felony charges.

He received his juris doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law and his bachelor’s degree, with honors, from the University of Iowa.

Mr. Rose concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation, involving personal injury and wrongful death claims.

He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law. During law school, he was the recipient of the prestigious Litigation Skills Program scholarship and an editor on the University of Miami Inter-American Law Review. Prior to law school, Mr. Rose worked as a Certified Legal Intern in the Juvenile Division of the State Attorney’s Office for Palm Beach County.
