National nautical brand has leased space in popular shopping destination
Crossman & Company, one of the Southeast’s largest retail leasing, property management and investment sales firms, has added West Marine to its impressive leasing portfolio at the Paradise Shoppes of Apollo Beach, Fla.
Senior Leasing Associate Sandra Woodworth finalized the deal, bringing distinguished national brand West Marine to the popular shopping destination anchored by a Publix at 6434 N US Highway 41 in Apollo Beach.

There are two remaining vacancies, a 3,000 square feet of former restaurant space and 936 square feet of office or retail space.
