Zach Wendelin moves to CBRE as Senior Vice President
CBRE is pleased to announce that Zach Wendelin has joined the firm as a Senior Vice President in Advisory & Transaction Services. He will be joining the team of Shay Pope, Grant Killingsworth, Ryan Nunes and Will Portfolio focusing on Office Occupier Services for the South Florida market. Named a Top Producer for 2015, Mr. Wendelin comes to CBRE from JLL.

He has logged more than 450 real estate transactions in excess of 2 million square feet with past clients that include Progressive Insurance, Uniform Advantage, Global Medical Management, FIS Global, Stemtech International, and Alliance Entertainment.
Mr. Wendelin is a Miami native who holds a B.S. in Communications from the University of Miami.
Before beginning his career in commercial real estate, Mr. Wendelin was a member of the U.S. Navy for four years, serving in Yokosuka, Japan, and earning several letters of commendation and multiple medals and ribbons.
