Cushman & Wakefield announced today that it has negotiated leases with Graybar at Marina Mile and Supply Network at Port 95 Business Center totaling more than 190,000 square feet.

Graybar leased 161,443 square feet at 3400 SW 30th Street and Supply Network leased 29,890 square feet at 2678 SW 36th Street. Executive Director Christopher Metzger, Executive Director Richard F. Etner, Senior Director Christopher Thomson, and Associate Director Matthew G. McAllister represented owner MSG Marina Mile, LLC and MSG Port 95, LLC, respectively, in the transactions.

The Graybar lease brings Marina Mile to 100 percent occupancy, but plans are underway to build another 122,000-square-foot building on 30th Street, facing Interstate 595.

Port 95 Business Center, located at 2650 SW 36th Street, consists of two adjacent distribution buildings totaling 230,036 square feet. Buildings A and B offer a total of 72 dock-high doors and eight drive-in doors, ESFR fire sprinkler system, energy efficient T–5 warehouse lighting, 32-foot clear heights, and offices built-to-suit. Currently, 19,913 square feet is available in Building A, and 67,095 square feet is available in Building B.

Both properties are situated immediately west of Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. Their location in the Southeast Broward industrial market provides excellent access to Interstate 95, Interstate 595, Florida’s Turnpike, Interstate 75 and the Sawgrass Expressway.

Graybar is a leading North American distributor of electrical, communications and data networking products and a provider of supply chain management and logistics services. The company employs 8,300 people at 260 locations throughout the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. Graybar will relocate its existing Pompano Beach sales and warehouse operations to the Port 95 Business Center. The company has a strong South Florida distribution network, with additional facilities in West Palm Beach and Miami.

Supply Network, Inc. is a subsidiary of Michigan-based Viking Group Inc., which specializes in the sale and distribution of fire sprinkler products to contractors worldwide. Supply Network, Inc. has 50 locations across the globe. It’s Dania Beach facility will serve the Caribbean, Central America and South America. Supply Network, Inc. will occupy the warehouse and distribution space in October pending the completion of a custom build-out.

“Port 95 Business Center’s immediate proximity to major ground transportation routes, an international airport and the shipping terminals at Port Everglades was ideal for these tenants,” said Metzger. ”There is no better location for companies serving both domestic and Latin American markets."
