Jorge L. Fors, Jr. was sworn in as the new 2016-2017 president of the Coral Gables Bar Association during its 64th annual Installation Dinner at the historic Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables on Saturday, October 1.
Ervin Gonzalez, a partner at Colson Hicks Eidson, delivered the keynote address. Hon. Bertila Soto also spoke and swore in the Coral Gables Bar Association’s new board of directors.
“I’m honored to continue building membership and giving back to the community during my term as the Coral Gables Bar Association’s president,” said Fors.
New officers were also installed at the President’s Ball including executive committee members: Diane Perez, president-elect; Gabriel Garay, treasurer; Lana Maria Naghshineh, secretary, and Andres Correa, immediate past president.
